15. Warranty Void Conditions

  1. Unauthorized Modifications & Repairs
  • Opening the flight controller casing, modifying PCB components, or altering firmware without prior authorization.
  • Repairing or replacing components using non-certified service centers or technicians.
  1. Physical Damage
  • Any damage due to accidents, mishandling, dropping, water ingress beyond IP rating, or excessive vibration beyond specified limits.
  • Burn marks, cracks, or corrosion due to exposure to harsh environments beyond recommended conditions.
  1. Improper Power Supply & Connections
  • Using an incorrect power supply voltage, reverse polarity connections, or unauthorized power modules.
  • Connecting peripherals (motors, ESCs, sensors, etc.) beyond rated specifications leading to damage.
  1. Firmware & Software Tampering
  • Flashing unauthorized firmware or third-party software not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Unauthorized changes to factory settings that affect stability, safety, or compliance.
  1. Unauthorized Use Cases
  • Using the flight controller for applications other than agricultural drones (e.g., racing drones, military UAVs, or industrial robotics) without approval.
  • Exceeding rated payload or operational altitude limits specified in the user manual.
  1. Environmental & Storage Conditions
  • Storing or operating in extreme temperatures, humidity, or conditions outside the specified range.
  • Exposure to chemicals, oils, or other contaminants that degrade the device.
  1. Lack of Proper Maintenance
  • Failure to follow periodic calibration, sensor cleaning, or preventive maintenance as per the manual.
  • Continued use despite known issues like sensor drift, loose connections, or excessive vibration.
  1. Tampering With Serial Number or Warranty Seal
  • Removal, alteration, or damage to the serial number sticker or warranty seal.
