10.1 Introduction
The Weekly Reports module in AeroGCS Enterprise provides comprehensive summaries of drone operations for each week, including drone and pilot activity, coverage data, flight statistics, and more. This helps teams and stakeholders monitor performance and plan future operations effectively.
10.2 Accessing Weekly Reports
To open the Weekly Reports section:
- Login to your AeroGCS Enterprise account.
- From the left navigation panel, click Weekly Report.
- The Weekly Report page opens in month view, showing weekly cards for the currently selected month and year.
10.3 Navigating the Weekly Report Page
The page displays:
- Month and Year Selector:
Use the calendar dropdown (top-right) to select the desired year and month.
- Weekly Cards:
Each card represents one week. The card displays:
– Week label (e.g., Week 1)
– Start and end dates of the week
💡 Greyed-out cards indicate weeks with no available report data.
10.4 Generating a Weekly Report
To generate and download a report for a specific week:
- Locate the desired week card on the page.
- Click the card. The system will generate the report.
- A PDF file will be downloaded to your local machine.
⚠️ Note: The report is downloaded automatically in .pdf format. Ensure pop-up or file download permissions are allowed in your browser.

Each PDF report contains detailed weekly statistics. The sections include:
