2. System Requirements & Access
This chapter outlines the technical prerequisites for using AeroGCS Enterprise effectively. It also explains how users can access the platform and the roles available for managing operations within the application.
2.1 Supported Browsers & Devices
AeroGCS Enterprise is a web-based SaaS application designed for compatibility across modern platforms.
Desktop Compatibility
Supported Browsers:
- Google Chrome (latest two versions) ✅ Recommended
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari (MacOS only)
💡 Tip: For best performance and full feature access, always use the latest version of your browser.
Mobile & Tablet Compatibility
Optimised for:
- Android browser (Chrome)
- Safari (iOS)
Supported Devices:
- Smartphones with screen sizes ≥ 5.5 inches
- Tablets with screen sizes ≥ 8 inches
⚠️ Note: Some advanced features like drone control and analytics dashboards are best accessed on desktop for optimal user experience.
2.2 Internet Connectivity Guidelines
To ensure smooth usage of AeroGCS Enterprise:

Secure Access
- AeroGCS Enterprise uses SSL encryption for all data transmission.
- Ensure you access the platform via https://enterprise.aerogcs.com.
⚠️ Warning: Avoid using unsecured public Wi-Fi when accessing drone control or sensitive business data.
2.3 Accessing AeroGCS Enterprise
You can access the AeroGCS Enterprise platform via any supported browser.
Web Portal
Navigate to the official URL:
https://enterprise.aerogcs.com
Login Process
- Enter your registered email ID and password.
- Click the Sign In button.
- If login is successful, you’ll be directed to the Dashboard.
💡 Note: First-time users will receive an email with an account activation link. Ensure your account is verified before login.
2.4 User Roles: Manager vs User
AeroGCS Enterprise supports role-based access control to maintain data integrity and streamline collaboration across teams.
Manager Role
– Has full administrative access
– Can:
- Create and manage projects
- Assign tasks to users
- Invite team members
- Manage user permissions
- View and control all drone operations
- Access all flight logs and analytics
User Role
– Has limited operational access based on permissions granted by the manager.
– Can:
- View assigned projects or plans
- Monitor flights as per access level
- Collaborate within a team
- Export or edit plans (if permitted)
Note: Permissions such as Read, Edit, Delete, and Export are assigned per user, per project, by the Manager.
⚠️ Warning: If a user attempts an action beyond their permission level (e.g. editing with read-only access), an error message will be displayed.
