14. Reports

AeroGCS GREEN automatically records flight details for documentation, compliance needs, customer billing, and device performance analysis. After each completed flight, a report is generated and stored locally on your device. If you have cloud access, you can upload reports to AeroGCS Enterprise for backup and historical tracking.

14.1. View Report:

You can view a report for any completed plan.

  1. Go to the Dashboard.
  2. Open the required Project.
  3. Locate the specific Plan.
  4. Tap the three dots on the right side.

5. Tap Report. The report opens as shown below.

Report Contents

  1. Date – Date of the flight.
  2. Area – Area covered during the flight.
  3. Drone ID – Identification number of the drone.
  4. Completion Status – Percentage of plan completed.
    • If the mission contains a resume point, the report mentions the resume remark. This indicates that the flight continued from an intermediate point rather than restarting the entire plan.

Important Operational Note

Local Use

If you use AeroGCS GREEN without signing into AeroGCS Enterprise, you can delete reports.

  • Tap Delete to remove the selected report.

Enterprise Use

If you are logged into an AeroGCS Enterprise account:

  • The Delete option is disabled.
  • Reports stored under an Enterprise account cannot be removed.

Reminder

Signing into AeroGCS Enterprise permanently disables deletion of reports from the local interface. This protects cloud-synced records from accidental removal.

14.2. Generate Field Report:

A Field Report is automatically created after each completed flight. You must enter the required details before saving.

Field Report Parameters

  1. Customer Name
    Enter the customer’s name. If unchanged, the registered customer name appears automatically.

  2. Drone ID
    Shows the drone registration number. You can leave this unchanged.

  3. Spray Volume
    Enter the tank capacity used for this operation.

  4. Total Amount
    Enter the total charge billed to the customer.

  5. Crop Type
    Use this as a reference for recommended altitude values.

  6. Pesticide
    Specify the pesticide used.

  7. Spray Width
    Based on spacing parameters configured before flight.

  8. Date
    Automatically filled by the app.

  9. Completed
    Automatically shows the percentage of mission completed.

  10. Spray Area
    Automatically calculated.

  11. Plot Area
    Displays the full area of the plot.

  12. Flight Time
    Automatically calculated based on actual mission duration.

Saving the Report

After you enter the necessary details:

  • Tap Done to save the Field Report for the selected plan.

Safety and Data Integrity Notes

  • Ensure all customer and pesticide details are accurate before saving. These records may be used for compliance or billing audits.
  • Verify that the flight completed successfully before generating the Field Report.
  • If operating in areas with connectivity issues, confirm that reports are stored locally before uploading to Enterprise later.
